amniocentesis suit
My daughter died due to this test done. Her sac was ruptured which in term didn't give her lungs a chance to develop. She survived for two days then passed on. Due have a case?

You might have a case however we have WAY too many unanswered questions to be able to determine that.
First, there is a two year time limit on medical malpractice. Normally, a lawsuit MUST be filed within two years of the date that the malpractice happens.
