Business website

3 years ago, I bought out my former business partner. We signed papers and there were no major problems. He eventually got out of the business. However, he recently got back into the business and has created a website that is essentially mine - words, ideas, format, etc....

Did you have a partnership agreement that included any form of non-compete clause? Additionally, you may have established copyright and/or trademark rights in the material on your website, so that may form the basis for preventing such use by your former business partner. I'd be happy to discuss your situation in further detail.
