can i sue judge,gaurdian&her lawyer?
i was a friend and then a care giver to a 85 year old man,i have done everything for him.He wanted nothing to do with his family,he owned a condo a 2000 chevy caviler.He had three hundered fifty thousand dollars.He has always told me and meny other people that when he passed away he was leaveing everything to me.He put his money in cd's as pod to me.His neighbour wanted his money and called family services saying i was abuseing him by stealing his money.We went to court the judge appointed gaurdian who now between her and her lawyer aids,nurseing home they have gone through around eighty thousand dollars.He was giving me ten thousand dollars as a gift every year for the last three years and also three hundered fifty dollars a month the last year.Out of the $350.00 i bought his grocerys ,cloth and personal items he needed and gas for the car.What ever was left was mine to keepfor myself.This is why they said i was cheating him.All this came from the women down stairs.He got the gauardian 2/?/2008 and he passed away 4/6/2008 they were supposed to finish his case by june 6,2008 they didn't and the judge gave them an extra 2 months.He only owed less then $1000.00 in bills,he did owe half a year taxes for 2007 and 4 months into 2008.

No, you cannot sue the judge, the guardian or the guardian's lawyer.
