Child support appeal

DCSE is apealing a decision from Fx juvenil in Fx Circuit court, question is: ''Copies of all doc's evidencing transfers of property from January/2004 to the date of this inquiry'' (august/2007/.

My question is: how long they can for this specific kind of doc's? is there a limit? or they can go back any number of years they want?

Thanks a lot!!

I am a respondent ''Pro Se''

Re: Child support appeal

DCSE can very likely request all such documents from a defendant which may provide evidence of the defendant's income or assets(or transfer of assets)

during the period in question and which therefore may bear on the issue of the defendat's ability to pay support for the children or adult at issue during this particular period.
