When collectors are calling you and threaten to garnish your wages or sue you what are my rights in Texas?

You may want a lawyer to sue the debt collectors..they cannot garnish wages and they need to sue, not threaten..damages and attorney fees...keep messages on recordings if yuo can..or ask for written explanation of what they will do..
