Deceased Celebrity Image
I want to create a postcard of Orson Welles, to celebrate the fact that he was born in Kenosha, WI. He died in California in 1985. Am I allowed to use an image of him that I create on the postcard, along with his name?

No. You'd need to license the likeness from his estate.
