deportation
My brother in law has been in prison for over a year. he was to be released in july but they are now saying because he is not a citizen he will have to stay then be deported to columbia. is this true and what can be done he is 35 yrs old and has been here since he is three.

If your brother is not a US citizen then he can face deportation. He should definitely seek advice from a immigration attorney who will be able to determine if he has any claim to citizenship or any other relief.
