disability with Fibromyalgia
Is there such a thing as partial dissability, and is Fibromyalgia a recognized condition in referece to dissability?
Re: disability with Fibromyalgia
No, in the employment law realm (concerning the ADA), there is no such thing as "partial disability." You're either disabled or not. Fibromyalgia might be considered a disability, but you'd still have to prove that you could still do the essential functions of the job. If you'd like to consult an employment lawyer in your area, feel free to contact me directly and I'd be glad to refer you to someone.
