DUI Ticket

My son recently got a DUI ticket. He is parapalegic and in a wheelchair. He uses his vehicle to go wherever he needs to go as he can't walk. Does the DMV make any exceptions on the restricted licence? He works and goes to school.

Re: DUI Ticket

Anything is possible. What's likely is a different story. He'll have to timely appeal the suspension and request a hearing at DMV to plead his case. That is separate from the court criminal charges he faces. He needs an attorney.
