how do I get conservatorship of my father.I was told that it is hard to get when wife would fight.I am considering this course since my father has been brought to hospital 3 times this year because his wife refuses to bring him to hospital until her brother sees it and makes her. She has had previous visits from police and Adult protective services.She has also convinced him to put her name on Title Deed of his house he had before they were married.

You file the Petition with the court and explain all the facts in it. If the wife fights, the court will decide based upon the best interests of your father. If she's been ignoring his needs like that, you could succeed. All the real property issues can be raised and decided as well.
