emancipation
i am 17 years old and i would like to be emancipated from my parents. my parents are impossible to live with and my father is constantly mentally abusing me. i also have a drinking problem and want to get outside help and they will not allow me to. i would liek to be separated from my parents, check myself into rehab and start my own life. is it possible to do be emancipated without my parents consent?
