What are the possible outcomes if I had been charged with MI Simple Battery & Simple DV, alongside of MI Resisting officer with violence.

Too many variables and too many facts one would have to assume to even give you a wild guess. Different circuits and even different judges within a circuit handle these cases differently. You should look up the penalty in the Florida Statutes so you know the maximum penalty should you be found guilty at trial, consult with a local criminal defense attorney, or check with the local public defenders office. Most circuits provide some type of diversionary program, i.e. anger management class, which may be done as part of a plea deal for first time offenders.
