Handicap placard parking

I attended a college sporting event where the only close handicap parking was in a donor only lot. They made me park almost a quarter mile from my seats when the other lot was one hundred feet away. Is this permitted under the ADA laws?

Re: Handicap placard parking

Probably. Essentially, the donor lot is a private lot paid for by subscription as a donor. No one other than donors was allowed, whether disabled or not. It's no different than any other private property. Disabled don't gain special treatment or access rights other than having spaces in the generally accessible lot closest to the exits or transport points.
