i am having severe difficuty with an home health agency. nurse comes in my home and works on stage 4 sores without washing her hands. they are disrespectful of my home, ill mannered, use my bathroom facilities and stink it up, do not close the bathroom door, read all personal papers. im under medicare, i cannot get cooperation from their owners. there have been excessive 24/7 visits for past year. for some strange reason they want me too discharge them and i haven't done anything wrong. they are parnoid of a lawsuit or investigation by medicare. what's going on. thank you
