I have my insurance license in the state of CA. I got a dui blowing a .03 but they wanted to me come in to the station to take blood work due to i had a sleeping pill in me from15 hours before. I was convicted with a misdeamnor.
Can I get my insurance license taken away from me????
This question is certainly outside the education area of my expertise. However, I would be surprised if the DUI jeopardizes your license. (It certainly wouldn't for a lawyer.) You may wish to call the insurance licensing board in California, or maybe consult their website. Good luck.
