State Pros/conflict of interest
I'm currently awaiting trial where my codefendant as became a state witness. He has served his time and finishing his probation. He was arrested recently for an incident prior to conviction and sentence.
I just found out the trial pros. for his new offense is the same as mine. Would this be a conflict being my trial is not yet started or done?
workmans comp
workmans comp has been paying for medical bills but has not given me a paycheck and I have been out of work for 2 months. They keep telling me they are looking into my claim. What can I do to get a paycheck?
