if i let a young "not so good" attorney plead me on a count of public intox and drunk and disorderly/ so two charges, put on probation etc.. horrible deal, made worse when I was charged(falsely w simple mis battery leading to VOP : anyway to get first deal better, prosecuter wants me to serve 60 days for having two bad drinking nights; that's crazy AA OK but jail time

I'm not sure I fully understand your question. However, you do not let any one plea you out. Pleaing to a charge is solely your choice and your decision, all that an attorney can do is give you advice and render opinion, but they cannot make you take a plea.
