Illegal Seizure?
During a traffic stop is it permissable for an officer to remove your keys from the ignition? Would the situation be different if it was a motorcycle vs. a car? I would assume that it is an illegal seizure as the officer is taking your property for a simple traffic infraction (not a criminal offense).

As long as the officer returned your keys after the traffic stop and it didn't take an unreasonable amount of time, I don't think you could successfully challenge their actions.
