A Bet between--name removed--and Cindi
The bet will require--name removed--to do the following
Hair: Extensions to the middle of the back, blonde with black or pink strips spiral permed, until a permanent feminine style is chosen for him.
Eyebrows: waxed completely off, so they must be drawn in daily
Nails: have to be the longest tip that can be purchased capped with acrylic, Neon pink in color, with jewels and nail piercing. Toes are to match the fingernails, with tips as long as can be purchased. Neither fingers nor toes can be trimmed at any rebase.
Permanent Make-up: Eyeliner (super thick cat�s eye look top and bottom), lip liner, lip color, and anything else they can do.
Piercing: ears will be pierced 4 times in each ear, as well as a Marilynn and naval piercing, and mid ear cartilage piercing with pink captive hoops.
Lips: plumped by lip injections, or implants
Clothing: female clothing will be worn at all times out side of work unless it is not noticeable. Panties and corset must be worn all the time. Shoes will match the outfit, but must be a stripper style of platform stiletto. All work clothing must be women�s equivalent to what is required for--name removed--job

Although not legally binding, it may be used in court to prove that --name removed-- and Cindi are the very best candidates for village idiot.
