jury duty summons
i missed my first duty summons and got second and am leaving for vacation tomorrow. no date on this one just told to call. should i call today or when i get back? they won't put a warrant out on my passport wil they?

The Court does not issue a warrant. It sets sn order to show cause hearing weeks in the future where you can explain your absence.
