Liability
What liability would a company incur if an agent (of the co) was attacked by a client in the clients home performing work related duties?
Re: Liability
No liability at all, unless the agent did the attacking, which might then cause the company to incur what the law terms vicarious liability under
the so-called doctrine of respondeat superior.
