lien on commercial property
I own a 6 unit commercial shopping
center. One tenant had a water leak
and called a water clean up
comapny. the tenant's insurance
denied the claim and now the clean
up company wants to put a lean on
my property. I have never heard of
these people before, did not hire
them and have not received a bill
from them. they performed this
service 8 months ago.

You should really speak with an attorney to determine your rights and remedies. Since you are the owner of the property and it appears that the tennant did not pay the bill this needs to be resolved between the three entities. Good Luck
