I worked my 40 hours last week and my boss calls me to come in on Saturday and I tell him no I can''t ,he gets mad (this is not mandatory) can he fire me for not coming in. Im a hourly employee

He can probably fire you for not coming in but if you had come in, he would have been required to pay overtime.
