marriage on B2 visa
I'm czech rep.citizen engaged to us citizen(floridian), currently on c1/d visa workin onboard a ship, planning wedding in october in nevada/las vegas - will leave us as c1/d come back as b2 - travel and wedding. Is it legal to get married on b2 visa? Can I stay in US then and apply for green card or shall we leave to czech.rep. and apply from there?
