Model Interrogatories -James Publishing Company
In an unlimited civil lawsuit, am I allowed to make my own form for interrogatoires and questions from Model Interrogatories -James Publishing Company?
Re: Model Interrogatories -James Publishing Company
The James Publishing works, of which I have a few in my library, but not the one you mention, sometimes are written for a multi-state audience. If so, the documents you will see might be designed to comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, or they might be designed without a particular court system in mind. If you are going to use model interrogatories, make sure they are acceptable under California state court rules. They may be - but don't assume it.
