sexual harassment in work place

My daughter has been experiencing sexual harassment from her general manager .The conduct is from lewd sexual remarks to snapping her bra strap. She has said nothing about it due to not wanting to get fired. The other day she gets suspended for some trumped up reason which will probably lead to being fired .Does she have any action that can be taken after being fired?

Re: sexual harassment in work place

You should speak with an attorney immediately, and, who will typically take this sort of case on contingency basis.

At a bare minimum, you should go to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and file a Complaint right away.

She should do this right away. Where an employer fires an employee or takes some other adverse measure against an employee, it is known as retaliation, and which is also against the law.
