Tresspassing Law

We live behind the Y, they claim to have no responsibility to keep their patrans or balls of of our property. They just jump our fence at any time. What is our recourse. they have hit our door, our plants and even though we have talked to the mgr. we get a--name removed--hum attitude.

Yet his patrons have called menames because I yell at the kids and the parents for climbing over my fence and into my backyard.
