In the state of Calif, is the Will to be notirzied onlt... Do we need an attorney to process the Will?

Wills need to be witnessed by two disinterested witnesses, but are not usually notarized. The only exception to the witness requirement is that California recognizes so-called "holographic wills," which are 100% in the handwriting of the testator, dated and signed. Such wills need not be witnessed.
