i injured my back at work last week took three days off went back to work but after two days injured my back again, did that mess up my chances for comp, and should i expect a drug test if i see the doc.

Your claim for Workers' Compensation should still be ok. As for the drug test, that depends on your company's drug policy and their insurance carrier's criteria.
Since you are worried about this, it is unlikely that any findings could be grounds for denial given that the test was not administered at the time of the accident, but apparently several days later.
If your company or their insurance company denies your claim then you should seek the assistance of a qualified Workers' Compensation attorney.
