A Senior Citizen ("Senior") purchased a meal at a restaurant, that offers senior citizen discounts ("Discount") and the Restaurant refused to give the Discount to this particular Senior, yet they gave other seniors their discount.....QUESTION: Does Senior have legal/legitimate grounds to sue the restaurant for: 1.)
