Pre trial is 8ish weeks away, only had the arraignment 2 days ago(my attorney didn't give a yes or no) should i call the courthouse for clarification? Also any tips to help, (here's what I have lined up in the coming days - drug and alcohol evaluation, a a meeting, maybe a bit of volunteer work tis the season there's plenty of it and being a really, really good person)
If you have an attorney, you really should direct your question to her or him. Different courts have different policies; generally conditions of release include no marijuana, but I would have to look at your specific court documents to be clear on that.
