KixEye continues not to live up to their own TOS. If a player is banned from playing the game, they do not give a reason as to why they are banned other then they cheated. No specific examples of how they cheated or anything. In some cases the players that are banned have spent thousand of dollars in the game just to hear the company say you are banned with no specific reason.
It's much the same as a store having the right to refuse service to someone. You paid to play, and you enjoyed it whilst you did. Now they're banning you for alleged cheating. When you sign up to play, you accept their Terms of Use. Check their rules. If indeed they've broken their own rules, then perhaps you have an actionable claim for breach of contract; but that's very fact-dependent.
