Injunction
My husband is in law enforcement. He had me arrested for domestic violence when I told him I wanted a divorce, even though I didn't hit him. There is an injunction now and I cannot go to my house or see my children. I am a stay-at-home Mom with no resources.
Debt collection
My husband has court ruled judgement against him that does not include me on monies due from a loan,,,the court has ruled my husband has no means of repayment,,,and now the attorney has summoned me to court to try to get me to pay,,,,can i ask to be exemt from this debt due to myself not signing the loan agreement and not being in the trial and verdict of the case and not being included as a defendent in the trial which is now 13 months old
