I pay child support every two weeks out of my check Faithfully for the last 5 years but I am still a little bit in the rear so they'd still take my child they still take my taxes every year until it's completely pay down are they going to be able to take my Corona refund checked as well because that's for helping with your bills in this tough time???? Since the government's paying it out ?? Or will I at least get that ,??
It likely will depend on what you mean by "coronavirus check", whether it is to you or you and a spouse, and whether you have an arrearage. The amount taken from your paycheck is an arrangement per the CSEA and your employer. Amounts are diverted from tax refund checks to cover arrearages on support orders. If you are current on your support and are still working then it will be less likely.
