I am interest to request at USPTO an update for trademark ownership. Assignation of ownership was made and is displayed correctly but on the TDSR page is not updated.
Being outside of US I need an attorney who can submit the request.

i have been charged with a dwi, but i had no alchol in my system, i have blood work proving so! Now the prosecutor is trying to switch the charge to a dui. I do take preciption medication, and i had been taking it the night of the occurence, but nowhere does it state that i should not or could not operate a vehicle. i am currently on probation in another county. it would be a first offence. What is the max sentence they can apply, and what is your recomendation?
