I'm looking for a lawyer who would be able to help me figure out if I have a case and possibly to sue the principal assistant at my son's school. He made my 12 y.o son add some untrue details to my son' s statement to make it sounds very harsh. After that principal assistant read my son's statement, he told him to squeeze in a word "threaten" at the end of one line at the beginning of the statement and also to add a final sentence at the end of the statement that also includes the word "threaten". That made a completely a different picture of what happened and I like to hold this man accountable for doing this to a 12 y.o child.
At the beginning of the interrogation at the school's office, they told to my son to cooperate to not make things worse and he agreed and he did everything that they told him to do without knowing that adding words like "threaten" can harm him and have different consequences and outcome. Is anything I can do about this principal assistant?
Thank you,
Sincerely,
What you are looking for is a civil litigation attorney who specializes in education law.
