They have told me they needed time to get to the bottom of this issue, but as I stated before it’s been roughly two months. I have a wedding soon and frankly I don’t have two months to be missing close to 500 on every paycheck. My base pay is 550 before taxes a week and my area sales manager has shown me where in the past I should be making around 650-950 a week! They show no signs of getting it fixed anytime soon and the more I push the more they just shove it off.
More information is necessary to analyze your situation. Do you have an employment agreement that includes your base pay and commission structure? You should contact an employment attorney in your area to discuss this issue. An attorney can assist with communicating with your employer to ensure you are receiving proper pay. Keep track of all communications with your employer regarding your pay, including dates of conversations and with whom you spoke.
I have been living in a home (free) that my parents bought for me 16 years ago. Mother passed away and my dad is in a nursing home and is not well. My brothers and sisters sent me certified mail to start paying rent along with a very restrictive rental agreement. I have never had a rental agreement nor have I paid any rent or asked to pay rent by my parents. I am in cancer treatment with good prognosis. I have not worked in a year and even though I am 62, I am legal guardian for my 10 year old granddaughter. I did not sign the rental agreement nor have I paid any rent. The home is held in a famly trust. I am going to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Do I have any protection from eviction from my family? Will BK protect me from legal action regarding this home?
Thanks
5th Amendment rights
My original question was: If a person is summoned to court to testify against someone and they dont want to can they envoke thier right to the 5th amendment.
Your answer was: No, a person so summoned to testify at a trial would have no Fifth Amendment right not to testify unless it regarded testimony which might incriminate(involve in a crime) the person in which case he or she could assert such Fifth Amendment protection. If the person, however, having no such right not to testify, simply refused to do so, he or she could be found in contempt of court and sanctioned accordingly.

The person summoned was involved in the case, the 2 people were arrested together at the same time for the same charge, so do they have the right to plead the 5th?
