Hello, I am the parent of a child who was convicted of a DUI. For liability reasons

Talk to your agent. In most states the owner isn't liable unless they knew or should have known the person wasn't a good driver and gave them the car. If she is 22 she isn't a child. If she was DUI she isn't a person of good driving characteristics. No more lending her the car. Tell her to get her own car.

Transfer title to car.

Let her pay her own insurance.

Charge her rent.

That should indicate that she is "emancipated."

And, do NOT let her drive one of your cars.
