Ive been falsely accused of rape by someone who is threatening to bring the accusation to the police. I previously worked with the person. I am 19. I have had sex with accuser. She is over ten years older than me, and after I had made it clear that I did not seek a relationship, the person began stalking me, leaving me unwanted messages and unwanted gifts. I blocked her number, and before leaving my job, left a report with the manager. about 6 weeks later, She contacted a friend of mine whose number she had from looking at my phone at one point. She asked to have group sex with two other men, along with other sex activities I denied her. Halfway through the intercourse, I told her I did not want to continue (as did the other males) and left. She begged me to stay and I denied her. She sent messages to the same friend of mine saying that she wanted me alone next time. She also repeatedly said she loved me, even though i specifically said I had no feelings for her. Yesterday she contacted me from a new number. I told her to not contact me, that I would block her number, and that I am leaving and if she ever physically approaches me I would call the police and file for harassment. The next day (today), she contacted me with many angry messages calling me a liar and saying she would accuse me of "gangrape" if I ever "crossed her" or if she saw any of us again. She also said that I am being tracked and that I can "run but I can't hide." She keeps saying I lied to her about something. She has not specified what, but I dont believe I have lied to her, and maintain that I have done nothing illegal.

Also, in the past she has offered me alcohol. Idk if I have any proof of it. Not sure if it helps.

Thanks! I'm hoping nothing comes of this. I have blocked her number, and I just want to know if she has anything in case she does to something like try to accuse me.

Estate Law

A mother dies and leaves her two daughters a 50/50 split of the home. The oldest daughter has been living in the home with mother for the last 3 years of her life. The younger sister tells the older sister to move out so they can sell the house without people in it. Is she allowed to do that? Can the executor/lawyer force that to happen? Does the older sister have a right to live in the home until it is sold?

Adding Personal Assests to and LLC

Hello, I am looking into starting an LLC and had the following questions.

(1)How do I convert my personal equipment to that of the LLC? (i.e. Computers, Software, Equipment etc.)

(2) What is the best way to convert items such as cell phone accounts etc. to business items?

Reusing pictures already posted

My friend posted sexual pictures of herself on the internet, then those pictures were used on another person's website. My friend wants the website taken down. Can she sue even though she originally posted the pictures herself? If so, on what basis may she sue the owner of the other website? She did not copyright the pictures. There is video also.

Case Management Conference

Being sued by collection agency. Already answered summons/complaint. Today I checked the court website and I see that a case conference management has been set in a week. What is this? Is there anything I should do or ask for at this conference?

If the atty for collection company doesnt show up can i ask for the case to be dismiss at the conference?

I do realize that I should get an atty but don't know if I can get one on such short notice.
