hi my co-worker and I work for a large corporation, we have been harrased ever since this manager came into our builing a month and a half before it closed so wrote us up over things I disagreed with I contacted HR about the situation because it was untrue and unfair, store closure came we were under a counseling write up district hr came into building and met with all employees, team member under counseling write ups were able to move to other locations, people under final write-ups were let go from company, my co-worker and I were under counseling write ups , we are both supervisors for this company both have been with company for 6-7 years, everybody was promised there jobs back when the store re-opened. Store closed we moved, write up went away was in effect for 6 months then goes off your record, then when we are about to go back to store we are written up again under a counseling write up again the same type as when we moved over on, but was told that we cannot go back because are under a write up, so why were we able to move here?Out of the whole company three supervisors that are under this manager thats gonna be in charge of us at our new store, we all three cant go back , the only people in the whole company that cant go back to our home store, therefore at this store they already have supervisors, overstaffed here , they are trying to do anything possible to get us out, i am seeking medical attention tomorrow because im so stressed healthwise i cant deal with it , any little thing we get written up for we are being held accountable for things that theyre own people in our position have never been accountable for so how is it we are?Our boss will not talk to us unless she has paperwork to write us up for, we are being harrased and targeted everyday nothing ever nice is sais to us its all negativity, lots of documention to back up everything but who can help us I have more stuff just dont know if i have enough room to type it all, its bad working environment please help
