A: For cases prior to the use of electronic filing (October 25, 2005), you must request a copy from the National Archive. Go to the court’s website and look for “ NAFT Form 90”, titled: “REQUEST FOR COPIES OF ARCHIVED CASE FILES FROM U.S. BANKRUPTCY COURT”. This may have a different LF (Local Form) number, but the title of the form will be the same.
