i am a gamer who plays Video games day by day.
recently i got banned by an anti cheat Company called punkbuster without any using of cheats.
while i have payed 140 $ for my game. i want to sue this company for banning players for no reason.
and most important thing its not just me!after some searches on web i found out that many of gamers got banned by no reason just like i did. we want justice and we want to sue this company.
One of the beautiful things about America is the you can sue anyone, anywhere, anytime for anything. However, you will be on your own in this situation because the amount of money involved is way too small to be of interest to most lawyers. (FYI: The law is not designed to solve every little problem that comes your way during this lifetime; the Latin phrase for this rule is "De minimus non curat lex.")
Using copyright material in artwork
I would like to use copyrighted sheet music in custom art pieces. Each piece of art would use a purchased piece of sheet music, not a reproduction. The cover art would not be used, just the printed music with title, artist, and copyright info clearly shown. Each piece would be a handcrafted one-of-a-kind piece for the client, not mass produced. (For example, painting a picture on the sheet music and selling it.) Can I incorporate a printed piece of sheet music that has been paid for into an art piece for commercial resale without violating their copyright? Can I then place a photo of my art on my website without violating their copyright? Thank you so much for your guidance.
Motorcycle fatality
My 25 yr. old son borrowed his friends motorcycle in June 2007. He was just going up the road to a store. He should not have been driving, his BAC was .05. My question is, is his friend responsible for letting him drive? My son was flown to the hospital and soon after was pronounced dead. He left behind 2 small daughters and 5 younger siblings.
Breaking of contract
I have a customer whobroke her contract and now that we are trying to get the merchandise back for nonpayment she refuse to open the door.Some one told me that I can report it stolen since she wont't give it and has not payed on it. What can I do
