i am a gamer who plays Video games day by day.
recently i got banned by an anti cheat Company called punkbuster without any using of cheats.
while i have payed 140 $ for my game. i want to sue this company for banning players for no reason.
and most important thing its not just me!after some searches on web i found out that many of gamers got banned by no reason just like i did. we want justice and we want to sue this company.
One of the beautiful things about America is the you can sue anyone, anywhere, anytime for anything. However, you will be on your own in this situation because the amount of money involved is way too small to be of interest to most lawyers. (FYI: The law is not designed to solve every little problem that comes your way during this lifetime; the Latin phrase for this rule is "De minimus non curat lex.")

I recently got a dui in oct of last year.Oct 2009, I am in a dui class and i went to make a payment.
They said that they smelled liquer on my breath so they made me blow in the machine.I blew a -03so they said i would have to go back to court.Well the problem is not only i blew a hi number that i dond beleive is correct because when i caught my charge i only blew a 016 i drove to the school and my drivers license is not valid,what can i expect to happen to me at this point
