My bank account has been levied for the amount of $2584.67 in 2012. I t was about 1221.26 less from the total of $3805.93. Now, the creditor has file an application for wage execution against me.
I am not aware of any limit, however, your pay check can only be garnished by one creditor at a time. You may want to speak to an attorney about Bankruptcy. Good luck.
