A dui would prevent me from being able to get my nursing license for 10 years. This is my first offense
It is possible to get a DUI reduced to a lesser charge or completely dismissed even with much higher BAC readings. There are a lot of variables and a lot of potential defenses to DUI charges that can be exploited with a knowledgeable DUI defense attorney. I would need to know more specifics about the details of what happened on the night of your arrest, but a .09 BAC is a good start generally speaking. Call me at 818-336-1384 to discuss your case further if you would like. Thanks and have a good evening. Sincerely, Philip Hache, Attorney
This would be a good case to fight with a .09 BAC
we would be able to look at the actual time of driving and other factors as a rise or fall of the BAC based on drinking pattern and expert testimony. if a blood test then order a re-test and blood split to examine.
Call for an attorney for a free phone consult about the case and costs/fees
Good Luck.
Did you blow a 0.09 on the PAS device? (Preliminary Alcohol Screening). Why were you pulled over? There are many questions that a qualified attorney would need to speak to you and ask you about to evaluate your case further. It is definitely worth contacting an attorney and speaking with them over the phone as this is not the proper forum to discuss those types of things.
