You will have to have an Formal Hearing before the Illinois Secretary of State Office. You will be required to bring some required documentation with you to this hearing and be prepared to answer a number of questions. You should hire an attorney to assist you with this matter to increase your odds of getting your license back or some sort of driving relief.

You need to have an SOS hearing which is more complicated and involved. then people think. If you live out of state or in Northern Illinois you can call me for a free consultation. Getting your "Court Purpose" driving record from the Illinois DMV is critical to determine your options

You will need a hearing with the Secretary of State after obtaining the necessary documentation, including a drug/alcohol evaluation and any recommendations for follow up. This is an oversimplification of a complicated process.
