I am suing my ex for Trust funds he took from accounts he was Trustee on for the benefit of my daughters (they are not his natural children) He has filed BK and the Judge has asked for clarification of the parties. Because they are minors, do I file a notarized POA? or a notarized Statement of Attorney in Fact designating myself as legal agent for them?

San Diego Attorney Probably you want to hire an attorney to file an adversary proceeding to have his debt to the beneficiaries declared non-dischargeable. Our office does handle this type of thing.
