i came to usa as an aupair on j1.then went to f1 and h1b.got married had a child us citizen husband on gc,my gc has been given as denial to intent as i did not get a waiver tom 212e.now advisory board not replying over 6 weeks .pl help

Do you currently have an attorney? How long did you live outside the US before returning/leaving the United States.
