I have a condominium in Fort Myers, FL. I was trying to find out if the plumbing in the walls is considered common and the responsibility of the association, or are they the responsibility of the individual condo owner. I was also trying to find out about the electrical wiring inside the walls.
You MUST look to the condo agreement. Sometimes they are "wall to wall" as far as ownership, but the agreement states what is in the walls and whose responsibility it is. It's in that condo agreement, which no one here can see.
