I sold a car to a person who answered an ad on craigslist. I had recently replaced the radiator and believed that the battery was dead when the sale was made and I informed the buyer of this. Apparently, she is having problems with the car overheating and took it back to the mechanic who I hired to fix the radiator and was told the car now has a blown head gasket. The car wasn't overheating when the transaction took place nor did I have knowledge of there being an issue with a head gasket. She is now threatening to sue me. The car was sold as is, I am legally bound to return the purchase price to her and take the car back?

She has no legal right to a refund if you had no knowledge of the problem.
