If this is your first DUI and there was no injury accident, no other serious criminal behavior (punching the cop or something along those lines) and not a taking off from the police, you will probably not get jail in Sangamon County. But you will lose your license for a minimum of one year and at some point have to face the Secretary of State. So there is a lot more at stake than just jail time.
